The Best GF Chocolate Cake
Our family's favorite chocolate cake recipe that everyone loves!

- 1 ½ Cups Gluten free flour I use Bob's Red Mill brand
- 1 Cup white sugar
- 4 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1  tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 Tbsp vegetable or canola oil
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Cup water
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Lightly spray a 9x9 or 8x8-inch pan with cooking spray. (I only have a 9x9-inch pan so that's what I use) 
- Combine GF flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and whisk together to remove any lumps. Add oil, cider vinegar, vanilla, and water. Mix to combine. 
- Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 
- Cool before frosting (my dairy-free chocolate frosting pairs perfectly with it!)
